By creating an account, signing in, or using Promptize in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Promptize is a platform for creating, organizing, improving, bookmarking, and optionally sharing AI prompts. Features may include a personal library, public prompt pages, discovery, subscriptions, and a browser extension that helps you use prompts in third-party AI tools.

We may update, add, or remove features over time. We will try to communicate material changes that meaningfully affect how you use Promptize.

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Promptize.

You retain ownership of prompts and other content you create or upload (“User Content”). You grant Promptize a limited license to host, display, process, and distribute User Content as needed to operate the service—for example, storing private prompts for you or rendering public pages you choose to publish.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit, and that it does not infringe others’ rights or violate law.

You agree not to misuse Promptize. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices, billing intervals, and benefits are described in-product at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Taxes may apply.

Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable except where we state otherwise. You can manage or cancel renewals through the billing portal when available.

Promptize may integrate with third parties such as authentication providers, payment processors, storage providers, and AI platforms accessed through the extension. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or outages outside our reasonable control.

Promptize branding, software, design, and documentation are owned by Promptize or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or source code beyond the limited right to use the service as provided.

Promptize is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy of AI-generated suggestions, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI outputs can be incorrect or incomplete—you remain responsible for reviewing content before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promptize and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars (US $100).

You may stop using Promptize at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
